Refund policy
Note: In the following passage, RMJ refers to Rachael Morgan Jewelry
RMJ prides itself in pleasing our customers and wants them to love their pieces. Our customers have 14 days from arrival to return any purchases. All items must be in original packaging in brand new condition, showing no signs of wear.
Returns and or exchanges must be approved by RMJ. Please contact the shop within 7 days of arrival for a Request for Return Form. This request for Return Form notifies RMJ to expect a return alongside other incoming shipments. RMJ is not liable for items returned without notification and all requested documents. These items will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. All returned purchases must be received by RMJ by the 14th day after purchasing in original packaging, receipt of purchase and return form issued by RMJ. In the case of an approved return or exchange, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (including tracking and insurance) involved in returning a purchase. RMJ is not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise in transit. We recommend extra padding and secure tracking for our customer’s protection.
If a purchase is intended as a gift be sure to check the box before completing your order. RMJ extends 14 return policy for items purchased as gifts. Please note, all items purchased as gifts will only be granted as exchanges, no cash refunds.
RMJ does not accept returns on custom or made-to-order pieces.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
